S93 FA Possession, supply or making of explosives
If you are found guilty of being in possession of an explosive device in a public place the maximum sentence is 5 years imprisonment.
If you are found to have possessed, supplied or made an explosive in suspicious circumstances for unlawful purposes the maximum penalty is imprisonment for 3 years, 50 penalty units or both.
You can be found not guilty of this offence if you can satisfy the court that you had a reasonable excuse for possessing or making the explosive for a lawful purpose.
